Unhelathy practices, taboos, restriction for women, malpractices, various rituals, school dropouts, all these are mere reflections of how a biological process has been stigmatized by the society. Any amount of awareness isnt enough since these practices have been going on for years passed over generations. Prevention, awareness, voiving out facts are possible measures to come out of it.
