   Non-Refundable Donations: All donations made to Utsa Foundation Trust are final and non-refundable. Your contributions support our mission and are crucial for funding our programs and services.

2. Event Registrations
   

   Cancellation by Attendees:
   More than 7 Days Before the Event: If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 7 days before the event. You will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
   Less than 7 Days Before the Event: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us to discuss potential options.
   Event Cancellation by Utsa Foundation Trust: If the organization must cancel an event, registered participants will be informed as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued, or you may choose to apply the registration fee to a future event.
